and during the day, adolescent outpatient treatment, after
care and family services. The Lakeview Adolescent Program
is open to teenagers 18 years and younger. State or county

a Medical Assistance/MinnesotaCare health and
development screening program. All
children ages 0-21, covered by either program are
eligible to receive the comprehensive screening free of
charge. Children not covered by MA
or MinnesotaCare can access the screening through their
private insurance or Public Health's sliding-fee scale.
If children participate in C&TC
between the ages of 3 and 5, and parents give permission
for records to be shared with schools, they do not have
to be screened again for Early
Childhood Screening.
